George Tatnell Classic Golf Challenge

Well if you are heading to the 2010 Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic then you have the chance to do just that in the inaugural "George Tatnell CLASSIC Golf Challenge"!!!

With THE CLASSIC concluding on Sunday and World Series Sprintcars at Premier Speedway on the Tuesday, it leaves a perfect chance for race fans to do something pretty special on Monday.

18 of the very best drivers from the USA and Australia have put their hands up to lead a team of 3 golfers/racefans with all proceeds going to the GT Allstars Relay For Life team.

GT Allstars spokesman Brooke Tatnell explains best where the Golf Challenge concept came from.

"The GT AllStars is in memory of George Tatnell who lost his battle to cancer in 2007 and we as family and friends promise to contiue to help raise money and awareness to fight cancer so one day people wont have to suffer and we can beat the disease."

"The golf day will incorperate two of GT's passions, competition and meeting racefans from all over and it will be a fun day."

Cost per player is $50 which includes your green fees for 9 holes ( normally $22 ), a free t-shirt ( in most cases of the driver you are partnered with ) and a free BBQ lunch.
